The work was authored by the pious Rabbi David Elimelech Yalish.

With approbations by the Holy Rebbes of Bohush, Sadigura, Tshortkov & Rabbi Yaakov Weidenfeld, rabbi of the town of Ramilov, a disciple of the author of Netivot HaMishpat and the father of the famed Rabbi of Tchebin.
