Jerusalem, 1862 by Rabbi Yisrael Bak.
The title page mentions the history of Shir HaYichud:
"Composed by the descendants of Moses [our teacher], peace be upon him, beyond the Sambatyon River. From there, it was brought to Spain by a merchant and into the hands of Rabbi… our teacher and master Rabbi Moshe, may he be protected, author of Perach Shoshanim."
In the opening pages, Shir HaYichud, said to have been composed by the descendants of Moses beyond the Sambatyon River and later brought to Spain, is printed. In the final pages is an extensive commentary by the Baal Shem Tov on Psalm 107, alongside the text of the psalm itself. On page 3, there is an illustration of the Temple Mount and the Western Wall.
