Stunning Torah Ark curtain or 'Parochet' in Hebrew is decorated with beautiful divine animals  woven into its red velvet primarily with golden thread embroidery. The Decalogue at the center is embellished with the ten commandments stitched into the fabric with gold thread topped by two hovering birds in blue and gold. Two elaborate rampant lions designed in an American fashion stand atop gorgeous foliate pedestals that flank the Decalogue. A stylish imperial crown decorated with gold and blue threading and the words "Keter Torah" sewn in at top completes the overall embroidered scene framed by a classic gold thread scrolling pattern. 

Dedication at the sides reads in Yiddish: "ערשטע בראהילאווער אונטערשטיצ' פערין"

Below, a dedication is made in memory of a loved one which reads in Hebrew "In Loving Memory of R' Pesach Haurenzav and his mother Nessa Haurenzav, 1930.
