Repoussé and chased foliate and floral motifs adorn the outer body of the Mezuzah case along with a potted plant, stylized fleur de lis, and the word "Shadai" written on a cartouche hanging from ropes with tassels at the center.
At the back of the case an applied thin plaque has a dedication which reads "To the Kollel Andenkoening (a gift) From the Rebbetzin of Satmar " written in Yiddish followed by the letters ‘Aleph’, ‘Pey’, and ‘Tes’.
