Extremely rare: This sefer has never appeared at a public auction, and only a few copies are known to exist worldwide.
This exceptionally rare sefer: Ha lekha poh simane kol ha-shemonah binyanim = Signs of All Eight Building Forms, explains the structure and patterns of Hebrew grammar. The sefer covers the eight binyanim (building forms) of Hebrew verbs, providing explanations and rules for each one. The author, Rabbi Meir ben Meir ibn Ya’ir, meticulously composed this work, which serves as a guide to understanding verb conjugations in Hebrew and their derived forms.
Page [8] contain poems in honor of the sefer by "the righteous grammarian and poet, " Rabbi Yitzchak Shlomo. The poems open with the line: "Behold the deer, the fruit of my thoughts, my labor." These poems are cataloged in Otzar HaShirah VeHaPayut Vol. 2, p. 116, no. 9; and Vol. 3, p. 223, no. 601; "A flying sheet is seen today, " page 223, entry number 601.
