Includes an appendix featuring the Hiddushim of the Rashba (Rabbi Shlomo ben Aderet) on Tractate Yevamot, a later edition that had never been printed before. Edited and brought to print by Rabbi Zev Wolf Wolfinzon and Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Schneerson.

Published by Rabbi Shalom Moshe Chaim Gagin, the only and beloved son of Rabbi Chaim Avraham Gagin.
The title page contains a personal manuscript dedication from Rabbi Nissim Di Eliyahu Tobiana, who received the seffer from Rabbi Y. HaCohen.
Rabbi Nissim ben Eliyahu Tobiana was a scholar, dayan, and moreh tzedek in the city of Sousse.
Another dedication appears from Rabbi Avraham Marciano, who received the sefer from the above Rabbi Eliyahu ben Rabbi Nissim Tobiana.
Rabbi Avraham Marciano, born in Debdou, Morocco, immigrated to Jerusalem in 1865 . He was ordained by the Rishon LeZion Rabbi Yaakov Shaul Elyashar (Yisa Berachah), served communities in Ioannina and later in Shechem, and was twice a shadar. He was a leader of the Moroccan community in Jerusalem. His Torah innovations remain in manuscript. He passed away in Jerusalem in 1936.
