Container is made with hand finished olivewood in an octagonal shape. Cover of container features a carved picture of the western wall surrounded by diamond shaped designs and lined trim.
Hebrew verse from the bible relating to the etrog encircles the center motif with the words "Kotel Ma'aravi" at top signifying the place carved below it. Jerusalem is written in Hebrew at the side of cover with a keyhole below it.
Ridged purple felt lines the inside of the container.
Good condition, thin crack on cover, some scratches on outside of container.
