According to the Venice 1548 edition, with slight changes in the interpretation of the words and the omission of instructions for the worshipper in Yiddish. Additionally, it includes: supplications for a personal fast (from Venice 1600), a prayer for an abundance of illnesses, a prayer for times of battle and war, and a prayer for stopping rain (compiled from "old supplications found in the Ashkenazi community prayer book and new supplications").

With the order of the Mincha (Tikkun) Shovavim by Rabbi Moshe Zacuto. And with the letter of rebuke and faith by Rabbi Shlomo Alami, son of Lahamish. And with the incantation of the incense at the opening of the ark by Rabbi Yosef ben Shraga (within the prayer for an abundance of illnesses). And with a confession by Rabbi Yosef Piamita of Ancona. And with a confession and supplication by Rabbi Yaakov Segri during the war in the city of Casale (within the prayer for times of battle and war). And with a confession by Rabbi Yosef Piamita (within the Tikkun Shovavim).
