Sefer Yatziv Gevulot, by Rabbi Chaim Alchadef. Bound together with Sefer Mishpat u-Tzedek. Both seforim deal with the "decrees, regulations, agreements, and acceptances… that no one shall dare… touch even a penny of the Rabbi Meir Ba’al HaNes Fund… to combine this fund with other funds of the holy cities… it is sacred… to the holy city of Tiberias…"

The seforim were written in response to the sefer Shomru Mishpat, in which the sages of Jerusalem claim a portion of the Rabbi Meir Ba’al HaNes Fund. There are differing opinions regarding the place of printing; the prevailing opinion is that it was printed in Jerusalem, but some claim it was printed in Tiberias, and there are even those who assert that the sefer was printed in Izmir.

[3], 83; [1], 179 pp. Lacking [2] pages at the end of Mishpat u-Tzedek, containing a rebuke from the rabbis of Tiberias.

Good Condition, few stains, original binding.
