Approbations by Rebbi Asher Zvi of Ostroh who writes: "I have heard that this siddur was seen by the great and holy … Ba’al Shem Tov and found favor in his eyes". [The siddur was compiled by the kabbalist Rabbi Ya’akov Kapil Lifshitz of Mezritch who also wrote the book Sha’ar Gan Eden which was also highly praised by the Ba’al Shem Tov as written on its title page].

Signature of Rabbi Avraham Abba Timberg  (1839-1899) the father of the famed Rabbi Shmuel of Krakow, a Ger Chassid known for his hospitality. Rabbi Avraham was the father-in-law of Rabbi Chaim Finkelstein, one of the founders of the Belgian diamond trade.

Stamp of Rabbi Yechiel Reuven Mandelbaum, a noted Gaon & author.

Overall Good condition, marginal stains and water stains, a couple pages have frayed edges, some pages have shortened margins, new sumptuous leather binding with owners name.
