Signature of the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Bishitz Dayan of Balassagyarmat. Son of R. Falik of Szerdahely, in 1858 he married Rebentzin Tcharna daughter of the famous Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Assad of Szerdahely.

Overall in Good Condition, damage to text of pages 22 & pages 96-97, stains, original binding rubbed & damage to spine.
