Gorgeously decorated at rim with applied silver roundels encircling five branch candelabras  alternated by elongated ovals with intricately stylized linked scrolling. One oval at bottom rim surrounds the words Bezalel Jerusalem written in Hebrew and dated 1911.

Two of the top elongated ovals have the words "Upeduyei Hashem yeshuvun, ubau lezion besimcha" translated to; "The redeemed people of God shall return and come to Jerusalem joyously", embossed and surrounded by inlaid silver strips.

At the plate’s center, inlaid in silver and copper in the shape of a sun with bursting rays are inlaid silver and copper in a stylized intertwined fashion surrounding the numerously pointed star-shaped center. An inlaid silver medallion at center is placed on a background of applied silver and copper scrolled patterns with the word ‘Zion’ written in Hebrew.
