Filigree cylindrical handle with foliate scrolling tapers upwards into a eight branched upper column. Mounted by a weave patterned circular scrolled and domed shaped base for the scroll. Megillah is written on vellum and is illuminated with beautiful floral bouquets and foliate bordering designs. Each written section, some with pictures, are separated by an upward twisting foliate column. Quad-tiered majestic filigree crowns adorned with pearl shaped ornaments enhances the upper section of the megillah  supported by a harmonious ringed weave patterned base. Tear and sphere shaped filigree scrolling make up its spire topped by a vermilion colored stone.
