Chassidic commentaries on Chumash by  the Holy Rebbi Moshe Chaim Ephraim of Sudilkov, grandson of the Baal Shem Tov.

At the end of the sefer, the booklet ‘Likutei Imrot Tehorot’ was printed. The booklet was written by the author’s brother, the Holy Rebbi Baruch of Medzhybizh. This is the first edition of this composition, which is four-pages long.

The author of “Degel”, as he is affectionately referred to by Chassidim, was born in Mezhibuzh in 1747, to the Baal Shem Tov’s only daughter Udel. He was educated and dearly loved by his grandfather who was involved in raising and educating him.

Overall Good-Fair condition, some stains, title page has a marginal repair slightly affecting text, last few pages have marginal tears affecting text, later binding.
