Charity box is formed in the shape of a tall domed synagogue structure resting on three flat semicircle terraces at sides . Hinged, lockable door at front features a bearded pious man with an outstretched charity box collecting Tzedakah at the door of a dwelling. The words 'Matan B'Seter'  are pierced into the outer shell, signifying the charity one will donate to this box their identity will not be known to the receiver.

Side silver panels feature various charitable benefits for the needy separated by pierced foliate designs. On one upper side there is a picture of food and to the right of it is written in Hebrew Lema'achil (for food), directly underneath is a man who is clothed and Lehalbish (to clothe) is written alongside it. At bottom of this panel are the words Bikur Cholim (visiting the sick) in Hebrew flanking a Star of David. On the second panel at top features a house and has the words 'Korat Gag' (beams of the roof) in Hebrew, beneath is a pierced set table with candlesticks and a bottle of wine and has the words Bayit Talmid Chacham (house of a scholar) in Hebrew abbreviations. At bottom of panel are the words Gemilut Chasadim (acts of loving kindness) flanking a Decalogue with the letters 'Alef- Yud' written on them.

Oval shaped domed roof of this box has a protruding slot for the insertion of charitable donations.  Handle at back made as a prolongation of the top and bottom of the box with a pipe cylinder applied to grasp the charity box.
