Sefer Aderet Eliyahu by renowned Kabbalist Rabbi Raphael Immanuel Chai Riki, author of Mishnat Chassidim. The Ohr HaChaim established his yeshivah in the Riki home.

The Sefer includes two parts with separate title pages. The first part is a close examination of the depth of halachah regarding each discussion of foreign language in Sha"s. The second part is Mei Niddah – responsa with anecdotal wisdom.

This is the last Sefer written by Rabbi Immanuel Chai Riki, published just a few months before he was killed by highway robbers in the Bologna region on 1 Adar, 1743.

With the rare leaf bearing the Riki family’s emblem.


Overall Great condition. some stains, minor worming on top margin from page 30 of second portion until end of book, title page has small edge tears, original binding has rubbed out corners edges and spine. 21 Cm.
