Antique signature on the title page ”Ha”k Mendel Cohen” , possibly the one from Pressburg the secretary of Maran the Chasam Sofer.
Overall Bad condition, stains, title page has hole in top margin and missing part of side margin, first two and last few pages detached from text block, first few pages missing top corner affecting text, pages 1-12 missing part of top margin, frayed corners, side margin tears, page 39 tear affecting text, text block split at different parts, text block detached from binding, original binding damaged.

One of the most well-known halachic books which is used as the source of many customs and is referred to thousands of times in books by varied Poskim. The title of the book refers to the Gematria of the number of responses appearing in its first section – 354 (דש"ן). The second section is titled Psakim Uchtavim. By Rabbi Yisrael Isserles, known as the Terumat HaDeshen after this book, who was a leading Ashkenazic Rav in the 15th century, one of the last Rishonim or first Acharonim.
Overall Great condition. minor worming on first and last few pages, repairs made to last page, page 59 has minor tears on the outer edge, original cloth binding a bit rubbed out and pulled back from corners. 19.5 Cm.
