The Holy Admor Rebbi Nahcum Mordechai Perlow of Novominsk [1896-1976] the son of the Holy Rebbe the Tiferes Ish of Novominsk and grandson of the Holy Gaon the Admor of Novomisnk, the son-in-law of the holy Gaon of Sokolov Rebbi Yitzchak Zelig who was one of the leaders of Agudas Yisroel in Poland. In 1925, He immigrated to the Holy Land yet eventually moved to the USA, where he lovingly worked for public alongside his great diligence and study of the Torah. Like his father and father-in-law, he headed Agudas Yisroel and led it with the other members of Moetzes Gedlei HaTorah of America.
