The body of the work has many interesting, eye-catching illustrations on the foundational substsances and anatomy of the human body. Page 97 has a detailed illustration of the human body and its internal organs, and analogizes it to a multi-story building. Page 88 has a “table teaching one how to recognize the signs” of various illnesses.

Overall Good condition, some stains, minor marginal worming to first few pages, original binding damaged missing front cover and spine.
