Rare edition, Lemberg, 1883 or 1891. Rare variant! The Hebrew date works out to 1891 but the imprint says 1883. Apprantly this rare edition has never been offered at public auction.

The Holy Rebbi Chaim of Kosov (1795-1854). Was born to his father the Holy Rebbi Menachem Mendel of Kosov. He married Mrs. Tziporah the daughter of the Holy Rebbi Yehuda Meir of Shpitokova and the granddaughter of the Holy Rav of Koretz. He became an Admor in 1826 and mightily led his community. The greatest Rebbes and Tzaddikim of his generation praised his greatness and holiness.
Overall Good condition. first and last few pages brittle, title page and last page loose from text block and missing top, left and lower margin, first few and last few pages have edge page tears, original binding damaged
