Sefer Ohr L’Shamayim on the Five Books of the Torah and likutim and prayers for weekdays and another prayer for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur by Rebbi Meir HaLevi [Rotenberg] Head of the Beit Din of Stavnits and Apt, according to what he received from his rabbi, Rabbi Yitzchak HaLevi the “Visionary – hozeh – of Lublin’, with some debate and argumentation and responsa that were settled with his rabbi Rabbi Yitzchak Avraham Katz, author of the Keter Kehuna responsa.

Title page states: "It is a wonderful virtue… for success and blessing and protection and abstinence from all bad things."

Printed at the beginning is a "Prayer from the author " – the author’s famous prayer: "Lord of the worlds, I knew that I am in your hand alone as material in the hand of the creator…" In the later editions of the Sefer, starting with the 1914 edition and onward, it was printed before the prayer: "The Rebbi of Radomsk author of Tiferes Shlomo used to recite it every day evening & morning, and said that it is a fantastic virtue for sustenance and success for to say it every day ".

Approbations from Rabbi Menachem Mendel Rubin, the author’s son-in-law, and Rabbi Aryeh Leibush Neuhaus. The third approbation noted as promised on the title page was never printed.
