Sefer Igeret Hakodesh "Nice words by the great Rav … Rebbi Menachem Mendel of Vitebsk who was a Maggid Meisharim in Tiberius and by the famed Chassid Rebbi Avraham of Kalisk and by Rebbi Chaim Chaikel of Hamdora. And with Hanhagot Yesharot by the famed Chassid Rebbi Elimelech [of Lizhensk] and from Sefer Rav Yeiva [i.e. Yeivi – Rebbi Yaakov Yosef of Ostrohe] and Pirkei Hanhagat Hamitboded by the Rambam. Added to it is Sefer Hazchirah by the famed Gaon Rebbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev" –

The place and year of printing and the printer’s name are not noted.

About the year of printing of this Sefer: Some scholars believe it was printed in ca. 1840, in Russia or Poland, Lemberg or Zholkva. However, others assume it was printed in Lvov in early 1810. This is based on the fact that the holy Rebbi of Kalisk, (who passed away in Shevat of that same year) is referred to with the title "נרו", whereas Rebbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev (who passed away in Tishrei of that year) is referred to with the title "זצלה"ה". (See: Kiryat Sefer, 36, pp. 127-128, the article by Rabbi Chaim Liberman).
