Made of silver-plated brass, late 19th – early 20th century from Romania (today Moldova). This elaborate crown features many cut out pieces of decorative forms that were applied to the ribs of the crown, including large Stars of David.
There appears two engraved presentations in Hebrew at the bottom of the crown, where it states that the "Chassidim of Kishinev" donated this crown. Finding a piece of European Judaica that explicitly states that it is connected to a Chassidic sect is quite rare.
Overall in good Condition missing one nut.
