Good- Very Good condition, wine stains, light marginal tears, tear to last page without loss, original binding.

The Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Shmelke Toibesh (died 1889, Otzar HaRabbanim 19649), author of Chayei Olam on Orach Chaim and Mitzvat Chalitza, Rabbi of Shinova and Iasi, son of the famous Holy Gaon Rabbi Aharon Moshe Toibesh.
