The daughter’s father, Rabbi Binyamin Ze’ev Segal (also known as Rabbi Welvel, born in 1944) is a Chabad Hasid resident of Jerusalem who served as the head of the Chabad yeshiva "Torat Emet" in Jerusalem, and "Tomchi Tamimim" in Lod, and "Beit Hara”M. in Kiryat Malachi.

Today Mrs. Shoshana Baila is the wife of Rabbi Yosef Pinkowitz.
