Stamp of Rabbi Eliyahu Menachem Goitein (1838-1902), was the son of Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Goitein and grandson of Rabbi Baruch Bendit Goitein author of Kesef Nivchar. He was a disciple of the Ketav Sofer. Like his father and grandfather, he served as rabbi of Hőgyész.

He succeeded his father-in-law, Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Prager, in the Poprad rabbinate from 1942 until he was killed in the Holocaust in 1944 Hy"d.
