Letter of gratitude & blessings signed by the Gaon Rabbi Yechezkel Sarna Rosh Yeshiva Chevron Kneset Yisroel.
The Gaon Rabbi Yechezkel Sarna (1890–1969), was among the closest disciples of Rabbi Nosson Tzvi Finkel the “Alter of Slabodka” and was the so-in-law of Rabbi Moshe Mordechai Epstein, Rosh Yeshiva of the Slabodka Yeshiva. He had a leading role in the transfer of part of the Yeshiva from Europe to Chevron in 1925, and following the Chevron Massacre of 1929, the re-establishment of the Yeshiva in Yerusholayim. In 1934, following the passing of his father-in-law he was appointed Rosh Yeshiva where he served until his passing.
