On page 11 the author wrote in the margins ”This was already published in my Sefer Korban Asham in my novella on tractate Yuma page 46′ & on page 17 he wrote in the margin ”Also see my published Sefer Korban Asham tractate Beitza”.
Last page with a partly erased inscription ”This prestigious work is from the author of … & Sefer Korban Asham…”
The manuscript is written neatly and orderly. After some time, the author added more innovations, in a less organized fashion.
This manuscript was found in Pressburg after the Holocaust & was bought by a grandson of Maran the Chasam Sofer.
The Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Itzik Shacherles was born in Prauge to his father R. Shimshon. He studied under the Gaon Rabbi Meir Eisenstadt the Panim Me’irot. After the Prauge expulsion he came to Pressburg where he got married. After his marriage he disseminated Torah to young pupils, he served as the Rosh Yeshiva of the Yeshiva Ketana there Ca. 1746-1780. And was a Dayan in the Beth Din of the famous Gaon Rabbi Meir Barby rabbi of Pressburg.
In his approbation to the Sefer Parpraot Lachochma from his son R. Kopil Shacherles (Vienna, 1814) Maran the Chasam Sofer: ”And now arises and awakens, my dear friend, the wondrous Rabbi Kaplun Shacharlis, may his light shine, the son of the holy one, the wondrous Rabbi Yitzchak Shacharlis, may his memory be a blessing”
It should be noted that the Casam Sofer saw other manuscripts from the author and sometimes copied from them.

Very Good condition, stains, marginal tapings to first 2 pages affecting text on the 2nd page, later binding.
