Rebbi Aharon Brandwein of Pleshtin-Stretin-Safed (passed away in 1907. Encyclopedia Lechassidut, I, p. 145) was the son-in-law of the Holy Rebbi Avraham of Stretin. As a child, he grew up in the home of his mother’s uncle the Saba Kaddisha of Ruzhin. His uncle titled him Admor and gave him a Kvitel with Pidyon. He immigrated to the Holy land and settled in Safed. Was buried there in the cave of the Holy Beer Mayim Chaim. His son in law was Rebbi Pinchas Chaim of Boston.
