With supplications and requests for each day of Slichos according to the customs of Piemonte, Italy. 

At the very end of the Sefer a paragraph in Latin granting the Sefer to be printed.

Interestingly with the date July 21, 1758.

This date is different than Ginzei Yisrael – Mehlman Collection, 436.

Original cloth and leather spine cover rubbed, at page 27 a written page of Slichos was added.
