Rabbi Yaakov Yisrael of Chernobyl. Born in 1902.
Son in law of Rabbi Yaakov Yosef of Orzichov (son of Rabbi Avraham of Orzichov). He opened a Hachnosas Orchim and a magnificent Beis Medrash in Brooklyn New York.
He visited Eretz Yisroel in 1937 for a couple of years.
He passed away on the 8th of Kislev, 1984.
