Rabbi Ezra HaKohen Fried Av Beit Din of Tiszabercel ), son of the author of the Pnei Mevin responsa, Rabbi Netanel HaCohen Fried Av Beit Din of Oraşu Nou (Uyvaros/ Balmazújváros), and son-in-law of Rabbi Gershon Avraham Goldberg of Liska Av Beit Din of Tiszabercel

 An interesting responsum by him, regarding a Shochet using a bicycle for transportation between different communities and the concerns that arise from this, was printed in the Or Torah anthology and copied from there to the end of the Yalkut Pnei Mevin (Bnei Brak 1992).

He perished in the Holocaust in 1943, Hy”d.
