Inception dated 1909 with the intention of members signing up to each learn a tractate and collectively complete the entire Talmud yearly.
The first Siyum was indeed celebrated in 1910.
The title page is stamped by Rabbi Avraham Halevi Lifshitz.
The son of the well-known Rabbi Yaakov Lifshitz from Kaunas served as a Rabbi at Fall River for almost 40 years until his passing in 1953.
