This Yizkor (remembrance) light is an unusual piece of Jewish Americana. Made of solid metal in the form of a Moorish-styled Synagogue, complete with Star of David finial at top. Printed paper insert noting the exact day that kaddish should be said and the pair of electric bulbs be switched on, for the following twenty years after the loved one has passed. Dated 1937.
