This cup for Sabbath kiddush is profusely engraved in a semi "folk art" style featuring a lion and a unicorn amidst scrollwork. In a cartouche it states the name of the owner in Hebrew "Tvi son of Yakov". Russian silver hallmarks are under the base, including a date of 1875. This cup is typical of Jewish silversmith engraving from the Ukraine.
