Stamp of Rabbi Shimon Ze’ev Ehrenreich, Dayan of Mad, a sharp and knowledgeable Gaon. The son of the Gaon, Av Beis Din of Shamloy, author of Shut Lechem Shlomo, Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ehrenreich. Rabbi Shimon Ze’ev was, by his first marriage, the son-in-law of his uncle Av Beis Din of Mad author of Shut Kav Chaim, Rabbi Chaim Zvi Ehrenreich. In Sivan 1944, Rabbi Shimon Ze’ev’s wife, children and son-in-law perished in Auschwitz. After the Holocaust, he founded the Keses Shlomo enterprise for publishing the writings of his holy father. Passed away in 1965.
