The great Gaon Rabbi Yechezkel Banet (1861-1913), son of Rabbi Gershon Wolf and son of daughter of Rabbi Shlomo Ganzfried author of Kitzur Shulchan Aruch. He was a disciple of his grandfather (Rabbi Gantzfried) and Rabbi Chaim Zvi Manheimer,  

Son-in-law of Ga’on Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Glick Av Beit Din of Toltshva. In 1884 he was appointed Dayan in Toltshva and in 1889 served as Av Beit Din of Seini (Szinérváralja) where he established a prominent Yeshiva; many rabbis of his generation were his disciples

Fair condition, stains, title page has repairs and is missing most of page, many pages in first half of book have repairs sometimes affecting text, last four pages have major page repairs affecting text, new later binding
