Manuscript Sefer compilation of the sermons of the Hadranim, said at the Siyum of Masectot by the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Razin. What is even more surprising is the fact that some of the Hadranim were said in the city of Rietavas in 1916 while he was a refugee on the move during the height of the First World War.

The Gaon Rabbi Moshe Rosen (1871-1956), was one of the most distinguished Talmidei Chachomim & aleading rabbinical personality in the United States. Close associate & Chavrusa of the Chazon Ish during the period he served as Rabbi of Chweidan 

In Europe, while yet a young man, the Neizer Hakodesh exchanged halachic correspondence with such luminaries as the nineteenth century’s poseik hador, Rav Yitzchak Elchanan Spector, the Or Somayach, the Chofeitz Chayim, Rav Chayim Ozer Grodzensky, Rav Itzele Ponovitcher and Rav Menachem Ziemba.[ii] The Ponovitcher Rav, Rav Yosef Kahaneman, said that the Neizer Hakodesh’s Torah scholarship and brilliance was in the league of the greatest gedolim of Europe, an opinion that was echoed by another Lithuanian gadol, Rav Yechezkel Abramsky.

Upon emigrating to the U.S.A in 1928. he became a Rav in Brownsville. President of Agudas Harabanim.He authored the multi-volume Nezer Ha’Kodesh on Seder Kodshim as well as a volume of responsa entitled She’ailos Moshe.

Overall Good condition. brittle pages, few stains, some pages loose, later new brown leather binding
