Sefer Ateres Zekenim includes innovations on the weekly Torah portions, insights on the stones of the High Priest’s breastplate (Choshen), and teachings heard from saintly and righteous figures, authored by the holy Rebbi Yechiel Michel ben Moshe of Sambor.

Published posthumously from the author’s manuscripts by his grandson, Rabbi Moshe of Bolechow. It contains approbations and endorsements from leading Rebbes of the time, including those of Czortków, Husiatyn, Drohobych, Sassov, and Olesk, which are printed at the beginning of the sefer.

At the end of the volume are additional approbations from Rabbi Pinchas Chaim Leib of Razdil, Rabbi Chaim Nachum Halberstam Rav of Moszcziska, and Rabbi Yosef Chananiah Lipa Meislish Rav of Monastyryska. Also includes a significant list of subscribers (prenumeranten) from Galician communities.

Stamp of the holy Rebbi Shlomo Friedman of Czortków (1894–1959), the son of Rebbi Nachum Mordechai Friedman of Czortków and the son-in-law of his uncle, Rebbi Yisrael of Sadigura. On his father’s side, he was the grandson of Rebbi Yisrael Friedman of Czortków, and on his mother’s side, he was the grandson of Rebbi Shlomo Friedman of Sadigura. His father, Rebbi Nachum Mordechai, fled Vienna with his family during the Holocaust and established his court in Tel Aviv. Rebbi Shlomo succeeded him as Rebbe after his passing, becoming the fourth and final Rebbe of the Czortków dynasty.  Author of "Divrei Shlomo".
