This is a complete Torah scroll, meticulously written in the Ashkenazi ksav Beis Yosef script, containing all the parshiyot from Bereshit to Vezot HaBerachah. The Torah scroll has 42 lines per column, with precise and uniform handwriting on high-quality parchment, in accordance with traditional halachic requirements.
The scroll is mounted on two beautifully crafted Atzei Chaim (wooden rollers). The handles of the Atzei Chaim are made of wood, while the tops are adorned with castle-shaped upper handles made of bone, adding an elegant and timeless touch.
The Torah scroll is protected by a red velvet mantle. The mantle is embroidered with an intricate design featuring the Luchot HaBrit (Tablets of the Law) in the center, showcasing the Ten Commandments prominently displayed in Hebrew. The tablets are flanked by two regal, rampant lions, symbolizing strength and majesty. Above the tablets, a magnificent Keter Torah is embroidered, with the Hebrew words "כתר תורה" elegantly displayed on either side.
Beneath the Luchot HaBrit is a dedication written in Hebrew, honoring Rivka Rosen. The dedication is surrounded by an elaborate foliate bow design, embroidered with delicate artistry, enhancing the beauty of the mantle.
While this Torah scroll is visually impressive it is important to note that its Kashrut cannot be verified without inspection by a qualified Sofer.
