Sefer Nazirot Shimshon. One of the important seforim on the Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim by Rabbi Shimshon Chassid of Hamburg.

The sefer was printed after the novellae were copied from the actual pages of the Shulchan Aruch of Rabbi Shimshon Chassid, a dayan in Hamburg’s Knesset Yechezkel Beit Din. A righteous, kabbalistic, and extraordinary halachic decisor. With the approbation of the Holy Rabbi Yonatan Eybeschutz and the Beit Din in Berlin.
On the title page are various signatures of the Holy Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Heller, Av Beit Din of Safed.
The Holy Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Heller was born in 1803. Rabbi and leader of the Ashkenazi community in Safed for over forty years. Rabbi Shmuel reported that in his childhood, he saw the Seer of Lublin during the Passover Seder and testified that he saw all of his internal organs as if his body and clothes were transparent. Some claim that from then on, he acquired extensive medical knowledge, to the point that people from all over the area, both Jews and non-Jews, would come to him for healing. He also received Torah from his rabbi, which left a deep impression on him. After the death of his rabbi, the Holy Rabbi Avraham Dov of Avritch, author of the Bat Ayin, in 1840, he became the rabbi and leader of the Ashkenazi community in Safed, one of the great Chassidic leaders in the Land of Israel. Rabbi Shmuel Heller was a leading figure in leading the community until his passing. He was also close to great tzaddikim in the diaspora who trusted him in leading the Safed community. Author of the books: ‘Taharat HaKodesh’, ‘Divrei Mishpat’, and ‘Shivrei Luchot’, and more. He passed away in 1884 and was buried in the old cemetery of Safed, near the rabbis of Safed, the Ari and Rabbi Moshe Cordovero.
On the last page is a beautiful dedication from the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Freider of Tzehlem (Deutschkreuz) Av Beit Din of Rendek, to his friend the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov, Av Beit Din of Bitschke.
The Gaon Rabbi Avraham Freider was born in Tzehlem to his father Rabbi Meir Freider, a cantor. Son-in-law of the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Moshe Perles, Av Beit Din of Eisenstadt and Boniyhad.. In the years 1826-1827, he lived in Makova, and in 1840 he was accepted as Av Beit Din of Rendek [Csaba-Rendek].
Rabbi Avraham also signs on page 1.
Below it is another long and beautiful dedication from one of the residents of Makova to Rabbi Yaakov, Av Beit Din of Bitschke, whom we were unable to identify.
Rabbi Yaakov, Av Beit Din of Bitschke (in the Fajar district, or Tapio Bitschke near Pest) in 1823. A responsum to him is found in Chatam Sofer’s Responsa, Even HaEzer, Part 2, Section 108. Maran the Chatam Sofer refers to him as "the distinguished, veteran rabbi".
At the top of the title page is an ancient and important rabbinical signature, apparently from one of the rabbis of Tzehlem.
