When the Rebbe came out from 770 to drive to the mikvah, he said that since the day was Purim Katan he would give out the Kuntres. The next day, the eve of Tuesday, Purim Katan, after Maariv in the big sanctuary, the Rebbe gave out the Kuntres "Purim Katan- 1992" with two dollar bills for tzedakah, with a special plastic covering and a “Lekach”.
