A  thin 14 page booklet with the complete Tashlich said on the 1st day of Rosh Hashanah before shkiya, with the seder made by Rav Yaakov Lisa (the Netivot HaMishpat).

Amsterdam, 1856. Rare & Only Edition.

"Tiferet Yisrael" mentioned on the title page is likely a siddur printed along with the work "Derech Chaim" by Rabbi Yaakov Lorberbaum.

It contains an excerpt from the Zohar, beginning: "Rabbi Shimon opened and said" (containing thirteen "Tikkunim"), three verses from the book of Micah (Chapter 7:18-20), and a prayer from "Tziporen Shamir" (Section 12) by Rabbi Chaim Yosef David Azulai.

The order of Tashlich by Rabbi Yaakov Lorberbaum is as follows: the three verses from the book of Micah mentioned above; Psalms 118:5-9; Psalms 33; Isaiah 11:9; a prayer, beginning: "May it be Your will, Lord our God and God of our ancestors, from the Crown with the Thirteen Attributes of Mercy" (similar to that of Rabbi Azulai in "Tziporen Shamir" mentioned above); a prayer, beginning: "May it be Your will that through the illumination of the rectifications of the Holy Ancient One of the Ancient Ones"; and thereafter the prayer the Chida mentioned above.
