On the Title the date is given as "והיו לאותות ול’מ’וע’ד’י’ם" [1794]. On leaf 288b, it says: "The work is completed … T’ehilot L’el V’shevach Alai Gomer" [1806]. The date 1794 on the title page is false. The Machzor was printed at the beginning of the 19th century, and the correct date is likely the one found in the colophon.
