Very Rare!

The Gaon Rabbi Dov Ber Son of Harav Shimon Lifshitz was a grandson of Rabbi Mordechai Posner the brother of the Alter Rebbe & was a Talmid of the Tzemach Tzedek.

He served as Rabbi of Vietka thats close to Homiel (Gomel) & was a Chabad stronghold. Author of Sefer ‘Gulos Iliyos’ on the laws of Mikvah (Warsaw 1887)
