From the first page "Gezira Daurieta" by Rabbi Shaul B. Yitzchak Molcho: "It has been many years since the Tractate Berachot was printed… so that they would be found in the hand of the young to learn from it, and since then… they have expired and are no longer to be found… [the men woke up] … Eliyahu HaCohen … Avraham Ben Shabbati … to entitle the many … to distribute in Jacob and to distribute in Israel … in every city and city … make a decree … because he cannot and will not be allowed to buy or sell or make barter In the Tractate of Blessings in no way… and this is the reason why it is written on each and every page that it is dedicated to God… a hint that it is a complete dedication… and therefore the obligation is imposed on the financial and the heads of the Talmud Torah and on the teacher.. Because after the child has finished learning it, he will take it from his hand and give it to another child without money and without price.
