Disciple of the Ksav Sofer, Rabbi Yochanan Spitz – Rabbi of Tab and of Rabbi Avraham Paper – Dayan of Tab. Succeeded his father as Rabbi of Högyesz in 1860. Responsa and other rabbinic writings published in Zichron Avos.
