The author, an Aleppo rabbi, was born in 1841. He was called the "Rav"d Mekudash" and "Saba D’Mishpatim." His son, Rabbi Avraham, wrote in his Shearit Yaakov [Aleppo, 1925], that his father was the head rabbi in Aleppo. He passed away in 1919.
Overall Fair- bad condition. stains, title page, 1st page and last two pages have marginal tears affecting written text, many pages loose from binding, some pages have tears at corners, text block detached from binding, original binding, front and back cover detached, lacking spine. 20 cm.
