Nice dedication by the author the Gaon Rabbi Abraham Yaakov Hacohen Pam (1913-2001). In his youth he studied at Ateret Zvi yeshiva in Kovna, and when he came to the US he studied at Torah v’Daat. In 1937 he was appointed a Ram in the yeshiva, and then the head of the yeshiva. He was a leader of the Haredi community in the US.
