In the Sefer \'Ateret Zekeinim\' the Abarbanel explains portions in the Torah which are difficult to understand, especially verses which mention angels, while discussing the words of Maimonides in the Sefer "Morah Nevuchim" (the Guide for the Perplexed).
In \'Tzurat HaYesodot\' the Abarbanel explains the form of the foundations of nature while debating with the Greek scholars and the Moslem scholars [Ibn Sina and others] who were influenced by the natural scholars of ancient Greece.
